It improves wetting, reduces surface tension and helps solder flow accurately along pads and tracks, with reduced risk of bridges or unwanted beads. Suitable for SMD components, fine-pitch ICs, charging connectors, processors and FPC cables. During heating, it chemically cleans metal surfaces, improves thermal transfer and helps achieve clean, shiny solder joints with good electrical conductivity. The bottle allows drop-by-drop dosing for precise application and better residue control on the workstation. Recommended applications: motherboard rework, chip replacement, reballing, charging connector fitting, torn track repair, and cleaning or refreshing old alloy before re-soldering. Warning: flammable product. Use in a well-ventilated area or with fume extraction, and wear gloves and safety goggles.
