It is placed between the aluminum heating plate of the separator machine and the screen to improve sealing and vacuum hold, especially when working with heavily cracked front or rear glass. The honeycomb structure helps reduce peripheral air leaks and keeps the assembly stable during OCA adhesive cutting with tungsten or molybdenum wire. The technical silicone also provides a natural anti-slip effect for frame stability. It withstands temperatures up to 250°C and supports even heat transfer, useful for separation stages around 80°C - 120°C.
