Kontakt Thermal Paste 20g

Kontakt Chemie thermal paste in a 20g tube, designed for electronic maintenance, assembly, and repair. Its silicone-based formula loaded with heat-conductive metal oxides helps fill micro-imperfections and air gaps between semiconductor components and heatsinks for improved thermal transfer.

It has a white color and maintains stable viscosity and homogeneous texture across a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +200 °C. It does not dry out, harden, or run from the application area under normal use. Its dielectric properties provide electrical insulation, reducing the risk of short circuits in case of accidental contact with PCBs or nearby SMD pins.

Suitable for mounting power transistors, diodes, processors, LED modules, and diode bridges on heatsinks. For best results, clean both surfaces before application and spread the paste in a very thin, uniform layer.
