The Mechanic M8 heating and pressing machine is precision equipment designed for advanced repair workshops, micro-soldering specialists, and screen refurbishment operations. It is intended for display refurbishing processes such as glass replacement, touchscreen replacement, or OCA film lamination, where stable heat and uniform pressure are essential.
Its high thermal conductivity anodised aluminium alloy body integrates a heating platen and a digital PID temperature controller for even heat distribution across the full working surface. Temperature is digitally adjustable from 0°C to 120°C.
The pressing mechanism applies adjustable linear force for uniform bonding of the cover glass onto OLED, LCD, or AMOLED panels. The working chamber includes a high-elasticity thermal silicone mat that compensates for flex cable height differences and helps reduce the risk of localised overpressure.
