A. If you are a customer of the Website, we may process your personal data, such as:

• first and last name;
• phone number;
• e-mail address;
• billing address;
• delivery address;
• data regarding the way you use the Website, such as your behavior, preferences and habits within the Website;
• any other categories of data that you provide directly in the context of creating a user account, placing an order through the Website or in any other way resulting from your use of the Website.

If, in order to create a user account on the Website, you use your Facebook or Google account, we may process the following public profile data displayed by those applications: username and e-mail address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing an order for a product available on the Website, your e-mail address will be requested and used to automatically create an account.

If you do not complete the order, the e-mail address and the other data provided will not be stored by Celo Individual Trade SRL, and the created account will be automatically deleted.

• for the performance of the contractual relationship between you and Celo Individual Trade SRL, namely for taking, validating, shipping and invoicing the order placed on the Website, informing you about the status of the order, organizing the return of ordered products and other related operations.

Providing your data for this purpose is voluntary. Refusal to provide the data for this purpose will not have negative consequences for you.

B. If you are a visitor of the Website, Celo Individual Trade SRL processes your personal data as follows:

• for marketing activities, namely for sending, by remote means of communication such as e-mail or SMS, commercial communications regarding the products and services offered by Celo Individual Trade SRL through the Website.

3. Retention period for personal data

We will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to us, for example, in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents, for which the legal retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were prepared.

If you are a customer and you exercise the option to delete your user account by pressing the “delete account” button in the “My account information” section, we will interpret this action as your choice to unsubscribe from commercial communications by which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through the Website.

Accordingly, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you such e-mails and/or SMS messages.

However, please note that deleting the account does not automatically result in the deletion of your personal data.

If you want your personal data to no longer be processed or if you want the data to be deleted, you may exercise the rights detailed in section 6 below.

If you request account deletion, but the account has at least one active order, the account deletion request may be registered only after delivery of the products and completion of the last active order.

If you withdraw your consent for the processing of data for marketing purposes, we will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

4. Disclosure of personal data

We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties.

In addition to the controller, in certain situations, the data may be accessible to third parties such as service providers, transport operators, hosting providers, IT companies or other partners, where necessary, acting as processors of the Controller.

Such parties are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of the data and to use it exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided.

We may also disclose your personal data to central or local public authorities in the following illustrative cases:

• the right to rectification – the right to obtain, without undue delay, the correction of inaccurate or unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data;
• the right to erasure, without undue delay, also known as the “right to be forgotten”, under certain conditions. Following a request for deletion, we may anonymize the data, thus removing its personal character, and continue processing it for statistical purposes;
• the right to restriction of processing, under certain conditions;
• the right to data portability – the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to have such data transmitted to another data controller, to the extent that the legal conditions are met;
• the right to object:
  • with regard to processing activities, this right may be exercised by submitting a request according to the instructions indicated below;
  • at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation of the data subject, to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of Celo Individual Trade SRL or on public interest, except where we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or where the purpose is the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • at any time, free of charge and without any justification, to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
• the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making – the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing activities, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects them;
• the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent that you consider this necessary.

7. Privacy of minors

We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The Website is not intended to request information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.

If, by mistake, we come into possession of such information and we are notified of this, we will obtain appropriate parental consent in order to use such information or, if this is not possible, we will delete the information from our servers.
